One weekend, one awkward wall, and way too many trips to the hardware store.
This wall sat empty for two years. Two full years of walking past it, thinking "I should do something with that," and then doing absolutely nothing about it. This is the weekend I finally did something about it.
The whole project cost under $60 and took one Saturday afternoon, most of which was spent deciding where to drill the first hole.
Five brass hooks in a staggered row, a thrifted floating shelf, and every wine glass I own finally has a home. I measured twice, drilled once, and only had to patch one wrong hole (a personal record).
"An empty wall is just a project you haven't started yet."
Honestly? Nothing. I'd just do it two years sooner.
